There is 1 bathroom on the ground floor with toilet, sink and shower and 1 bathroom on the first floor with bath/shower, toilet and sink. (there is a TV in one bedroom, it does not work)
The house is fully furnished and equipped and has the comforts of home including air conditioning in living room and 2 bedrooms no air conditioning in the basement. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine.
There is a small garden with a veranda, as well as a roof terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and 2 sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful Spanish weather. You can use the communal swimming pool.
